Curious Business: Unleashing Creativity in Business Strategy
Igniting innovation through curiosity-driven approaches to challenges. We help leaders and individuals tap into creative thinking that transforms organizations and careers.
Creativity is important for personal fulfillment
Not only does creativity build confidence, it also has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve longevity and quality of life.
It’s also critical for success in our jobs
More than 60% of CEOs cite creativity as the single most important skill for their employees. Studies clearly show creativity is a key differentiator in business success. But it can be hard for individuals to develop their own creativity - or even to believe they’re creative in the first place.
Creativity can be cultivated
Over the last 15+ years, we’ve worked with people from all kinds of organizations and backgrounds, and have developed tools that help you cultivate your own creativity. Whether you need help generating ideas, designing solutions you’re proud of, looking at situations from new perspectives, or expanding your mindset to find new ways of working, we have a system and methods that will help you start getting results right away.
At Curious, we combine lessons from experienced artists and storytellers with some of the key principles from Design Thinking and generative AI, to help individuals and teams reach their fullest creative potential.
Whether you’re interested in a bespoke workshop, a self-paced online course, or personalized creative coaching, we’re here for you.
